If your book arrives hurt from its journey, have a grown-up send a picture to our headquarters so we can make it right!”

1. Sustainable Print-on-Demand (POD)

Tilly’s Adventurers Book Club operates on a low-waste, sustainable Print-on-Demand model. We partner with Bookvault (our professional UK printing press) to manufacture your book custom-to-order.

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

Shipping Time: Standard UK shipping takes 2–4 business days once printed.

2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK & EU)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your physical book order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your package.

• Book with obvious signs of use
• CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You must return the book to us in its original, unread, pristine condition at your own expense.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund (including standard delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving your notification.
